Terms and Conditions

1. Credit / debit card details are required to secure a booking.

2. Guests may pay by cash, credit / debit card.

3. Guests paying by credit card will be surcharged £3 or 3%, whichever the greater.

4. Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel up to 48 hours in advance without incurring a charge, within 48 hours a one nights charge will be made.

5. Guests are reminded that it is illegal to smoke within the house, anyone found breaching this regulation will incur a cleaning charge, and may be asked to leave.

6. The owners reserve the right to charge for any damage, loss, or excessive housework.

7. Rooms are for registered guests only. Visitors may be admitted by special arrangement only.

8. Quiet hours are between 11.00 pm and 7.30 am.
